Hi!!! It's getting hot here in the UK- general election is scheduled tomorrow and for the first time I'm going to cast my vote. We've never really got this interested but with things that have happened during the four years with this government, the general public got talking and pretty much became undecided. So let's wait and see who would be the next PM.
There are few certain things that I'd like to share to you... some of my favourite shots from the Lake District.
The moment I saw that painting in Jun Sang's new home, the one he and Yujin both furnished I have fallen in love with that big painting of a boat on the wall. I remember painting one in the past but failed miserably. Then I found this boat at the end of Crummock. There were four boats held by a chain but there's only this one separated from the other three. It's then I thought I found my boat. I may not be able to paint which is more tasking but taking a good shot of it is just as good I believe.
Wherever you go you'd find a lone tree in the middle of nowhere. In a field surrounded by flowers, grasses or just barren land there's always one waiting. I found several trees which had certain charm to them and I just couldn't resist from taking a photo even if that meant losing the main track..tsk, tsk..
Finally rocks are interesting features to photograph that's why they're in my list too.
Have a lovely day.

Dear Myoce,
Thanks for stopping by although you have been busy. I am working on it although at times it's kind of hit and miss but enjoying it still. Take it easy.
Love loads,

Dear Hyds and Bae sisters:
Greetings on a beautiful summer's day in spring.
You have very meaningful photographs in this collection. I guess, if you write a photographic essay on them, or poetry, you can get to publish them in journals or books. They are too excellent just to be posted in a blog.
Congratulations!

Hi, Hyds.
I had often read about the beauty of the Lake District in novels, but had never seen any images. Now I know just how beautiful that area is. It reminds me of some of the beautiful lakes and mountains here in Tennessee. I will have to try to get some photos and put them on one of my blogsites, so you and the other sisters can see some of them. Seeing your photographs makes me long to visit the land of my roots; I am part English, Irish and Scot, and I have wanted to visit Great Britain and see where my ancestors were born. Maybe some day. Thank you for posting these lovely pics. Take care.
Love, Anna
Hi Anna!
Perhaps you should.. there's something about the Brits that's quite endearing. A bit like Marmite in a fondest way.
I'm looking forward to your photos..

hyds
Dear Josephine,
Thanks for the kind words. A photo book about Britain would be a dream come true. I am your Times writer but I wish to convey my thoughts and feeling through my photographs. Take care.
Love,
Hyds
Hi, sister Hyds.
I just wanted to update you on my post with some local photos. If you go to my "Whatever Strikes My Fancy" blog link near the bottom of 'American Bae Fan" you will find my latest posting. I don't have a camera, so I had to borrow some pictures from the internet; (with full credit to the original photographers, of course). I hope you enjoy them, and my brief comments. Take care, dear.
Love,
Anna
