I have been meaning to blog recently but just couldn't get around to do it. Actually this post is long overdue. I have been doing quite a bit lately to keep myself occupied which includes baking and a lot of it. I didn't have to eat them all though. I just find it relaxing and therapeutic. So far I haven't been so lucky with profiteroles which I had to redo three times using three different recipes from three 'well known' celebrity chefs in the country. Still I leave that for another day. I must say the Millionaire's Shortbread was a hit and in fact I had to put the rest in the freezer to stop my folks feasting on it..it's just pure sugar although the caramel was divine. What's next? I have to practice making cupcakes and yes, that macaroon needs some attention.Have a pleasant day!
