Hi everyone! I hope you had a restful weekend. One of the reason why hubby and I didn't stay long for the trip was the eagerness to transform our living and dining area. I think after few years changing your decor is not a bad idea. Remember that yellow, duck egg, regency white combo I wanted? I didn't go for those, I ended up with a feature wall in olive and the rest in milky white. I actually like the colours a lot as they go well with our furnishings and also look neat and calming. So half of the job was done this weekend and few more this week. It's good I have few more days left on holiday to help finish most of the job.
I haven't really pondered a lot the news that came out these past few days. YJ and KHJ collaboration ( which is yet to be proven true) received a mixed response. In my case I am actually looking forward to this as it would bring variety to the sort of project YJ is handling. I believe some full blooded YJ supporters may take this differently but I don't see the problem if the project would push true. KHJ would never be like YJ as both have different talent, charisma and attitude. I like the feistiness and young rebel side of KHJ and I think he is quite a thoughtful, intelligent and creative person. He's the sort who'd do what he wants, speak what he wants but could still deliver in a very amusing and entertaining way. He's one talented young actor too and I based all these from the moment I saw his programs in the past. His circumstances might have changed through times but it's only inevitable if you live in front of the public eye. Your strengths will be imposed while your weaknesses magnified. YJ had his share of good and bad times too but that didn't change how good an actor he is and his approach to his family.
I only wish these two good actors would be given the chance to work and support each other. I think it's about time that a new wave is introduced in Baeland in order to keep up with this very competitive and complex world of show business. If it's entertainment you want I think a bit of variety won't hurt so much..
