All in a day..

Hi! I had a bit of a busy day. The wind was bustling quite hard outside bringing a chill in the air.Time to snuggle up later.

The cake went really well. I had another order to take to France next month. That makes two cakes to make now. I'm just glad that people liked it which means I could practice even more.

The temperature is climbing these days and plants are growing Such a lovely time to explore the outdoors. I hope your having a easy day.

Peeking Through

Hello!! How's your midweek so far? I have few things to do today which includes baking..(oopps did I say I'm going to halt on making cakes?) I've got an excuse since my inlaws will be here tomorrow to babysit so I'd make them my Coffee and Walnut Cake.

The sunshine has been around for three consecutive days which is really good. I had the chance to hunt for spring flowering plants the other day and got some decent photos. Here's one of a Crocus for you. Take care.

Pancake Day

Hello! It's Pancake Day or Shrove Tuesday today. I have been wanting to make some pancakes as they remind of High School days. They were my favorite treat after class back then making every day a pancake day. So I made some for today but have to wait when Alex's gets home to eat them together. For now I just have to look at them and resist. Have a lovely day!

Welcome Sunshine

Hello! How was your weekend? Mine was quite busy. We had the family who spent some time with us. The Sunday dinner I cooked went really well. If there's one thing that I have to leave to professional chefs that would be making French macaroons. Blimey! Aren't they just very challenging to make?

Anyway today has been glorious.We had some lovely sunshine despite the chill so I and Edward went for a stroll. Although he wasn't so keen on me stopping to take some pictures we still had a good time. The photo below of Lavender is one of my favorites. Have a nice day!

Into the Light

Hi! It's Friday night and been chilling out..well watching Inception at the same time is not really your sort of feel good film but a mind-boggling experience. However today has been a productive one.I had the chance to bond more with my child when we attended the baby massage session in town and finished with a stroll with hubby and Sonny who just had his yearly jabs.

We were blessed with some sunny spells too so I managed to get some photos outdoors. Unfortunately the weekend doesn't look so promising weather wise so will sort something out. Have a lovely time.

Yellow

Hi,hi!! mhh finish watching Dream High :-( I was kind of expecting more actually but  not bad ending at all. I love the group dance in the end and I think Hye Mi and Sam Dong looked cute as a pair. It felt like Sam Dong was the dark horse in the story who turned out to be a beautiful and talented artist. Surely will miss the whole cast.
So it's the first day of the month and spring is almost here. I am still waiting for the opportunity to go out and search for those early spring beauties in the wild. For now I leave you Yellow hoping it would brightened up your day.
