A tribute

It brought so much sadness for me to know that one talented and promising actor passed away. May you rest in peace Park Yong Ha.

Cromer Pics

It was a very sunny day and Britain was baking at 30 degrees. The sky was clear and the sea was turquoise
blue.

I have always been fascinated by the colourful doors of the beach huts. This is my first attempt to photograph them.

I took this picture of the shoes in the window sill whilst the car was moving. I thought it's a very eye catching display.

The patterns in the promenade is quite striking like ancient art.

Happy Weekend

Hi there!! How are you? It's been lovely here in England. The temperature is rising and the nation has been united to support the World Cup. I've never seen so many flags here and there from cars to windows and roofs of houses. If there's one thing I'm positive about the Brits, they support the national team. So wish them luck for Sunday as they will face long time rival Germany.. I hope things would go smoothly as these two nations have a very long history. Btw I enjoyed watching the Asian teams too. I thought Japan's game the other night was amazing. So all the best to all them really.
I will be away for a long weekend camping in Norfolk. The weather should be nice so I'm looking forward to a peaceful time with the family by the beach.
Finally we have some news about the whereabouts and what's keeping YJssi these days. He's apparently working on other versions of his book. I am actually looking forward to the English translation as much as I treasure the Japanese copy I already possessed.
So folks I hope you'll have a glorious weekend ahead and stay happy.

Annyong Hasaeyo!

Dear family, this is Yang Geun Hwan.

Now in Korea, air of excitement to support the World Cup is incredible.

I am very happy to see players representing Korea and Japan are fighting well at far away South Africa.

I pray for the best for Asian countries.

On other game day, staff at Keyeast finished work and gathered at office, we became one and cheered for the game.

It was a very precious time to be able to feel the joy of getting together praying for the victory.

Watching the World Cup games in South Africa with so many people from every country cheering, I again feel the power Yong Joon –san and I receive from our family, everyone always gathering together becoming one to support and encourage us.

Once again, I send my sincere appreciation.

Recently, Yong Joon-san is getting ready to publish English version, Chinese version and Taiwan version of “Discovering the Beauty of Korea” which was published last year.

Since Korean version and Japanese version was published, we have received so many inquiries from family from other countries.

I am happy that we will be able to introduce “Discovering the Beauty of Korea” to everyone in those countries in later half of this year.

I am expecting to bring you better contents to many family members.

We will always meet new challenges and do our best to meet family’s satisfaction.

I heard that muggy days continues and raining season has started.

Please take care of your health and stay well.

Kamsa Hamnida.

Sincerely,

Yang Geun Hwan

In Bloom

Hello! I hope you are all keeping well. It looks like it's going to be a long dry season in Baeland. I take you find something that would keep you interested and motivated. I am personally persevering on finishing my course on top of other things.
I had spent a bit of time in my garden today but didn't get much luck with the Lobelia's. I just couldn't frame them so I turned my lens to my blossoming Hydrangeas. Unfortunately the Bue Lacecap you saw last year didn't do as good this year. Whether that's due to the harsh winter or faith I'll see if it could still recover. Looks like it needed a bit of attention.
I hope your midweek is just as colourful.

At a Glance

Hello everyone! I hope your weekend went well. It was truly a heart stopping couple of days for me. I've never seen so many things going on the TV screen in a day which is unusual as I find most programs these days less entertaining. However the World Cup started and The Reds won their first game followed by  a shared celebration for England and USA. I had to swap channels during that match as the Queen's Trooping of the Colours was also aired at the same. That's just to satisfy the Royalist in me. Then Sunday came and my fave team won a 1-2 finish in the Canadian Grand Prix. I believe that race was just as challenging as Monaco's.

I have been keeping my eye out on the Baefront for any seismic activity and so far you have heard of BYJ spotted somewhere in his Ferrari. This made me think whether he watches the Grand Prix and supports the team after all his driving THE F car..(can only speculate but I won't hold it against him). I actually admire him going out more and living a normal life.

And he also wrote an essay on daily life which you could read here. I find it still fascinating on a how an eligible bachelor such as BYJ still battles on keeping a good appetite. However when he finds that special someone to share lovely dinner with, eating will surely gets more enjoyable and pleasing. Therefore he has to work harder on that too.

So folks another working week awaits us. Have  a productive one.

A walk in the Fens

Hello! Last night the photography club met up in the local nature reserve for a photographic experience. It's the first outing I attended since I joined the group and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the company. We strolled in groups  all equipped with our own cameras. I was amazed by the sizes of lens which were brought in by the members however we're not short of subjects to suit each camera type . The weather wasn't particularly cooperative hence some of the chaps brought tripods with them. I brought mine but didn't bother using it in the end as I found setting it up  time consuming. But if you have plenty of time I would rather you use it especially on low lighting conditions. So here are some of the photos I took.

Some song

Thanks to K Stew..I am absolutely lovin' this song.

out of the..

Hey there! I hope you are all keeping well. It has been a long dizzy spell for me but I am sorting things out and life seem to have moved in a very mysterious and surprising way. After all I have gone through these few months it made me realized that it's not wrong to feel sad, to give yourself a chance to relax or reflect and certainly there are situations that are beyond your control and only time can mend what needed mending.
However I also cherish valuable friends in and out of cyberspace for the support. I'm truly thankful. hubby has been there all along and I wish he hadn't seen what I had gone through but things were just beyond me. I am grateful for having him in my life.

So what's  the plan of action? I am currently on a new adventure. One of the most challenging a woman could ever handle and I thought I'll do my best to make a good job of it since I was given this second chance.God willing everything hopefully would turn out well. I am still pursuing my interest in photography after having a month break and hoping to share here with you some interesting subjects from my part of the world.

Good to see you all and thank you for your earnest support and friendship.
